Files & Media
Files, right where you need them
Attach the file a plan actually needs to the exact place it belongs — no separate library to dig through.

Attached, not archived
Ministry Planner doesn't give you a separate media library to keep organized on its own — it lets you attach a file exactly where it's used: a lyric sheet on a song's key, a slide deck on a run sheet item, a sign-up form on a gathering. Find it by opening the thing it belongs to, not by searching a folder.
What you can do
- Attach files and links to a song's arrangement key, a run sheet item, a service, or a gathering.
- Preview common file types — PDFs and images — without downloading them first.
- Control who can see a gathering's files, where that matters (everyone, or leaders only).
- Upload files up to 25MB, across common document, image, audio, and video formats.
